In April 2006, S.T.O.P.  (Bianca Garcia Torres, Marilda Montero, Eva Zaragoza, Yelka Busat, Ben Roberts and Alessandra Traversa) realized a site-specific installation at El Ojo Atomico /Antimuseum, Madrid. This took the form of a ‘Garden of Eden’ composed entirely of reused waste materials collected from the streets of Madrid over a six month period. It featured fauna and flora shapes and elements, light, video and sonic mini-environments and used symbolic references to highlight and denounce the wasteful and unsustainable consumerism upon which the capitalist society of the so-called developed world is based.

Special acoustic conditions resulted from this space, which was covered floor to ceiling by the elements described above. This was a self-funded project , monies raised by pre-inauguration evenings/parties at Espacio Tesauro, Lavapies.
